This coaching system was developed to harness the 28 day reset as a base and help guide you through that wealth of input. We take what you are actively experiencing and apply a structured mindset, motivation and accountability program to further deepen the process. We want you in complete control of the outcome of your life’s purpose and direction.

What’s Included?

  • Our weekly group sessions will be held on Zoom.

    In these sessions we will answer questions you’ve had over the past week, help guide and reassure you of your path through the 28 Days.

    We will then dive into purpose planning, accountability outline, and self development work. Then we will embed those practices with small group breakout sessions, guided visualizations, meditation and breathwork to help engrain it into your subconscious so you are fully embodied in your change.

    Each session builds on the last, structure is always dynamic based on the group.

  • When you sign up you will have access to our community WhatsApp.

    Within this chat you will get a full summary of the call with a recording of the Zoom for those who missed and your ‘homework’ for the week.

    Beyond that, this group will be where you go to ask questions as they arise, develop relationships with your crew, and can reach out to your coach privately at any time!

  • As we said, Fascial Maneuvers 28 Day Reset will change your life. But without guidance, you may not be able to grasp exactly what has changed, the depth of that change or direct it quick enough to implement it.

    The aim of this coaching program is to harness the power of the 28 Day Reset and create a structure to bring on incredible change directly in the areas of life you want.

  • Once the 28 days are complete, it isn’t over. Most of the time that is only the beginning.

    This means you will continue to have the support of your community through the WhatsApp group as long as you choose to stay. Most will find they will need this support for quite some time after.

    Within that group, you will still have all the tools and programming that your coach shared with you from the beginning.

    Some people even choose to go through it all over again on their own!
