What is a breath session?
It seems as though every session turns out differently, for every different person and for each session that person goes through. You may come seeking an answer, and sometimes you may leave with it, but more commonly you’ll leave with an answer to a question you didn’t know they had.
Sessions are loosely booked at 2.5 hours giving us time to go over when necessary. We typically spend the first 30-60 minutes understanding you, your intention and create a direction to head. Then we go into the breath session and allow it to unfold. The core breathe is around 45 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the person and where they are.
For those attending on Zoom you will need to have headphones, a quiet and totally undisturbed location, a pillow and anything that would make you comfortable laying down. Please try to handle the dogs, the kids, put a sign on your door not to knock, etc. This time is for you.
